DANIEL ACERO

Politics (Daniel Acero), born in 1983 in Fusagasugá, Colombia and later shaped by Miami, is known for his paintings on three-dimensional surfaces. Trained in product design, he shifted from functional craftsmanship to a sculptural, hybrid style that blends Realism, Post-Impressionism, Abstraction, Cubism, and Surrealism. Each series is an experiment, driven by his belief that originality comes from constant exploration. His current focus removes facial expressions from his subjects, creating emotion through color, form, and movement alone. Inspired by great artists who evolved across styles, Politics rejects confinement to a single aesthetic.
